Training Description:
This training is designed to help supervisors to grow their conflict management and engaged feedback skills using coaching and motivational interviewing techniques.
Goal
- Understand the use of motivational interviewing in supervision
- Understand coaching techniques with supervision
Objectives:
- Participants will understand the concepts of motivational interviewing, coaching techniques and develop a plan to collaborate with their supervisors.
- Participants will create a plan to avoid the Advice Trap
