Program Description:  

This training will be a collaborative learning discussion for leaders (supervisors, management, and diversity leaders) to discuss best practices in the industry regarding organizational diversity, inclusion, and belonging.  Leaders will have an opportunity for peer conversation, personal reflection, and planning for the future. 

Goals: 

Gain understanding of best practices for DEIB 

 

Objectives: 

  • Create a mental health strategy for DEIB initiatives 

  • Reflect on the importance of belonging in DEIB initiatives 

  • Develop a plan for the leadership to grow DEIB external and internal practices

9:15-10:15 Mental Health Strategy for DEIB 

10:15-10:30 Break 

10:30-11:00 Personal Reflection and Listening Circle 

11:00-11:45 Planning for the Future 

11:45-12:00 Wrap Up and Closure
